You are about to import new contacts into your account. Be aware that you should only import contacts who gave you their permission to send them emails. A high percentage of complaints will get your account blocked. Before you import contacts make sure you have cleaned your list of invalid emails (it will increase the deliverability of your emails)
How to import contacts into systeme.io:
- Save your file in CSV format. Ensure that the first row contains the name of each column.
- Select the delimiter that was used when saving the CSV file. Unless otherwise specified, "comma" will be used.
- Select the CSV file to import.
- Select any tags to add to the imported contacts (optional).
- Select a campaign to subscribe the contacts to after importing (optional). If you select this option, you will need to specify which columns contain the following information after clicking the "Next" button:
- The sequence number of last email sent from the previous campaign
- The date of the last email sent from the previous campaign
- Click the "Next" button to provide additional details required to import your CSV file.
- Select "Email" from the list of options for the column that contains the contacts' email addresses.
- Select the data type associated with any remaining columns.
- Click the "Import" button to import your contacts into systeme.io.
- Remove contacts with invalid email addresses from your list
- Only import contacts who have provided their consent to receive emails from you
