You create an affiliate program inside your systeme.io account by setting a commission rate (e.g., 30% per sale), configuring a payout delay, and linking the program to your products. When a new affiliate joins, systeme.io automatically sends them their unique tracking link by email using a built-in variable system. Sales are tracked in real time. Invoices are generated monthly on the 10th, and you pay affiliates via PayPal or Wise. You do not need Tapfiliate, PartnerStack, or any external affiliate software.
Yes. The setup takes around 10 minutes: create your product, attach an affiliate program, set the commission percentage, and you are live. Affiliates sign up through your affiliate registration page and receive their links immediately. The dashboard shows each affiliate's clicks, sales, and earnings. You do not need to track anything manually or use a separate spreadsheet.
Yes. systeme.io tracks clicks and conversions per affiliate in real time. Payouts are calculated automatically based on your configured commission rate and delay. On the 10th of each month, the system generates affiliate invoices. You then process payments via PayPal or Wise — this step is manual but the amounts are pre-calculated for you. Second-tier commissions (earnings from affiliates recruited by your existing affiliates) are also tracked automatically if enabled.
The affiliate management feature is included on all systeme.io plans. The free plan supports affiliate programs for up to 1 product with up to 2,000 contacts. The Startup plan ($17/month) and above remove those limits. There is no per-affiliate fee. systeme.io does not charge a percentage of affiliate-driven revenue — only your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) takes their standard fee.
Yes. Export your existing affiliate list as a CSV and import it into systeme.io contacts, then tag them as affiliates. Re-create your commission structure in the systeme.io affiliate program settings. Affiliates will receive new tracking links from your systeme.io domain. systeme.io's migration support team can help with the transition — contact support after signing up for the Unlimited or annual plan to request assistance.
