How many client sub-accounts can I create and are they really unlimited?

Yes — on the Unlimited plan ($97/month), you can create as many sub-accounts as you need with no hard cap. On lower plans (Free, Startup, Webinar), the sub-account feature is not available. The Unlimited plan is designed specifically for agencies and resellers who manage multiple clients from a single account.

Can I manage permissions and restrict access for team members inside client sub-accounts?

Yes. When you invite a team member or client to a sub-account, you choose their access level: full admin rights (full access to all settings and data) or restricted assistant access (limited to specific areas you define). This means a client can log in to their own sub-account to check stats or update content without accessing your other clients' workspaces or your main account settings.

You pay one Unlimited plan subscription ($97/month) that covers all sub-accounts. There is no per-client or per-sub-account fee. Create a sub-account for each client, then rebuild or import their funnels, contacts, and email sequences into each workspace. systeme.io's free migration service (included with Unlimited or annual plans) can assist with the transfer. Existing client sites stay live during migration — you switch domains and links to the new systeme.io sub-account once everything is tested and confirmed working.
